These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tulo (“Tulo,” “we,” “us”) at heytulo.com. By using Tulo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Tulo generates written summaries of YouTube videos using AI. You provide a public YouTube link, and we produce summaries in various formats. Summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.
Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Tulo for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not use Tulo to process content you have no right to access.
Content and intellectual property
Source videos belong to their respective owners. Tulo does not host video content; it generates summaries derived from publicly available transcripts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated summaries complies with applicable copyright and fair-use rules. The Tulo name, brand, and software remain our property.
Trademarks and affiliation
Tulo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. Tulo generates summaries of publicly available videos and does not host, own, or claim rights to any source video or channel.
AI-generated content
Summaries are produced by automated systems and are provided for convenience. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them as a substitute for the original content or for professional advice.
Subscriptions and payments
Tulo offers free usage up to a limit and a paid subscription for more. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Disclaimers
Tulo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Tulo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. To delete your account, contact us at support@heytulo.com.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
